Surprisingly beautiful gem tucked away out in the bush. Furnishing is modern minimalist which I absolutely love, luxurious double shower and spacious bath. Had a very relaxing vibe, the staff were pleasant. I’m very particular about Eggs Benedict… and I must say it was very tasty. I was very grateful to be able to print some urgent documents at reception which isn’t standard procedure, goes to show Krishna and his team go the extra mile. Definitely be popping by on my next visit to Victoria Falls.

Highly recommend; I don't even know where to begin! Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until the point of our departure. Overall the food, the rooms, the staff, and the setting were impeccable. This is a new hotel, having opened in January 2023; this was our first visit and was arranged by a tour company. Starting with the reception, we were greeted with a lovely welcome drink. The staff was very helpful in taking our bags to our rooms, and the reception lounge and welcoming area overall were immaculate.

An amazing lodge, very modern and new. The rooms are spectacular, very big, well decorated and truly romantic. the staff very helpful and always with a smile. On arrival I immediately started to unwind and relax. Far from the noise and stress of life but close enough to town if you want to party! Long winding, spacious patio and entertaining area. Beautifully appointed looking onto woodland. The rooms are very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Staff made you feel right at home and service was 5 star. Food was excellent and as a chef myself I could not fault it. For a newly opened lodge I can only say congratulations!

We spent a week at Insika Lodge in March 2023. We are regular visitors to Victoria Falls, and decided to try a new accommodation option instead of our usual haunts. What a great decision that turned out to be. Insika is a new lodge with 20 or so rooms, built in clusters of 4 or so and connected by raised wooden walkways. The rooms are simply fabulous, ours was complete with a double shower, wooden deck and every modern touch you would want.

We stayed for 7 nights and quite simply could not have been happier. The rooms are fantastic value and have every amenity you would need and the best bathrooms. Rich, Krish and the team could not have been more helpful and chef Robbie served up great food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. They provide a regular shuttle service from the hotel to town and The Falls and also a shuttle service to and from the airport. This is truly a first-class resort and we will definitely be back.

Totally wheelchair accessible and well thought out ramps and access. Beautiful setting and great rooms. Excellent food and very nice pool and bar area. It's right next door to the National Park so it's super convenient for those wanting to go into the park for the day.

A gem in Vic Falls. The accommodation, the falls and the national parks made for a spectacular vacation. The signature rooms are first class, the staff were extremely courteous, and the food was fantastic. The design of the lodge using the natural landscape is a marvel, and the gardens are incredible. The artwork in the Craig Martin Art Gallery on site provides the opportunity to take home a piece of Zimbabwe after your wonderful stay.
